We are seeking an individual to fill our Field Service Technician position based out of our Nashua, NH facility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate activities for the testing and installation of vacuum furnaces
- Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues
- Provide customer training both on site in Nashua and at customer facility
- Prepare field service reports with technical detail on equipment after each customer visit
- Communicate in a professional manner with customers in person and in writing
- Promote sales and service on company equipment
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years minimum experience in any of the following: electrical/mechanical technician, pipe fitting or electrical journeyman or a combination of work experience and the successful completion vocational school
- Ability to travel extensively, approximately 70% is required
- Experience with Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration systems and components is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:
The Buyer is responsible for procuring materials, components, and services necessary to manufacture Centorr products while achieving the best overall value in cost, quality, and delivery. Essential Duties:

The person selected for this position will be responsible for the following:
- Generating accurate and timely estimates for the aftermarket and equipment sales departments by obtaining quotes from vendors.
- Research past orders to obtain data on labor and materials costs.
- Build relationships with key vendors and work with internal resources to develop new vendor relations.
- Analyze inconsistency situations in actual cost vs. estimate that exceed 10 percent and provide a comprehensive report on the variance.
- Develop and update database files of standard costs for furnaces, major components and commonly used subassemblies.
Qualifications for this position are as follows:
- Must be a self-starter who can manage workflow productivity efficiently while dealing with multiple priorities.
- Have the ability to communicate with co-workers and management in a professional manner both verbally and in written formats.
