SERIES 3570 MIM-Vac™
The MIM-Vac M™ is Centorr/Vacuum Industries latest offering in its line of custom-engineered high temperature vacuum / controlled atmosphere furnaces designed specifically for the Metal Injection Molding Market. The MIM-Vac™ 'M' is designed primarily for 2nd stage binder removal and sintering, and has a number of design improvements specific for use with MIM Feedstocks.
SERIES 3700 Injectavac™
The Injectavac™ furnace was pioneered by Centorr Vacuum Industries in the early 1980's for the debind and sinter of parts containing 1st and 2nd stage MIM binders. It has been updated for today's MIM technology to process injection molded parts from wax/polymer binder removal through sintering in one continuous cycle.
Series 3720 Sintervac AM™
The Sintervac AM™ is Centorr/Vacuum Industries newest line of custom-engineered high temperature vacuum / controlled atmosphere furnaces designed specifically for processing 3D printed and Additive Manufactured parts. The Sintervac AM™ is designed for the debind and sinter of binder-jetted materials and comes with dual trapping systems and is equipped to debind and sinter either in vacuum, partial pressures of Ar, N2, and forming gas or positive pressures of Ar, N2, and forming gas.
Series 3540 Workhorse AM™
The Workhorse AM ™ is Centorr/Vacuum Industries offering for 3D printed and Additive Manufactured parts made by either DLS (direct laser sintering) or SLM (selective laser melting). The Workhorse AM™ is a precision multi-purpose furnace designed for heat treating, annealing, tempering, de-gassing, or gas quench cooling, of 3D/AM parts to improve their physical properties after printing.
